Astronomical Clock Project

Problem: create a mock clock brand, and design two clock concepts that represent that brand.

Solution: Astronomy is one of my passions, and it also happens to have a lot to do with time (and space). I chose to build a clock that represented the order which man has attempted to apply to the universe, and a clock that represents the chaos that undermines that order. The glow-in-the-dark element emphasizes the light and dark opposition present in space, and it was also constructed using layers of printed transparent sheets to create depth and dimension.
